What are we learning?  How are we sharing our insights with one another?  Who has small groups that are open for others to join?  What are some spiritual insights that you are experiencing?  What is giving you energy, strength, health, hope?  What intentional ministries are you doing?  What are the results that you are experiencing?  The strategic planning steering committee envisions our presbytery as a "learning organization."  How shall this look and who is doing this work?
