ONE GOOD IDEA

Email Tactics (from Jan 2006 Training & Development mag)  Revamp your email filing system by adding folders such as "Waiting for" or "Action steps."  Try starting an "empty in-box policy."  File messages and todos right away.  Take the time to write a good email rather than a quick one.  Choosing words carefully will cut-down misinterpretations and email wars.  Use the rules wizard to help deal with the volume of email. Rename folders with a "_" in front.  This will bring it to the top for quick access.  Rename subject lines for more meaning and action.  ie. "meeting" to "responsibilities for Mission committee."  Let me know if you have others!  Blessings!

If you have a good idea, I'd love to share it in this eNews letter.  Send it to me via: cgross@donegalpby.com  Thank-You Very Much!
