NEWS ISSUES FROM PRESBYTERY!

We are blessed!  We have a passionate servant in the Rev. David Hall.  David is serving WEC and brings some great resources to us for our New Church Development Division.  Look at WEC International's church planting web site at  www.ideateam.org. There is good information available at this site. Of course, this material is mainly from the perspective of church planting overseas, and much of it in a non-friendly environment.  Does this at all apply to our situation?  To contact David, use: weclink@wec-usa.org

Employment Opportunity: Children's Ministry Director! Westminster is looking for a fulltime staff member to develop & implement ministry programs for children from Pre-K through 5th grade; recruit, train, and equip ministry leaders for Spiritual Growth & Development with children; and help Westminster fulfill it's mission of "Knowing Christ, Making Christ Known." Email Gary at garntessoni@westminsterpc.org

Marcia Towers – our co-worker from Highland ministering in Guatemala  will be here April 17 – 23.  She can be reached at: marciajt@yahoo.com Contact her for speaking engagements!

ONE GOOD IDEA

ONE Great Idea – from Covenant Presbyterian Church’s newsletter – Rev Dr E. Stanley Ott’s Vital Signs for a Vital Ministry - #6 – Reflectively-practiced ministries.  We engage in prayerful planning and spiritual disciplines.  We are not engaged in “running programs,” but transforming lives in the power of the Holy Spirit to bring more joy, more grace, more Jesus.

If you have a good idea, I'd love to share it in this eNews letter.  Send it to me via: cgross@donegalpby.com  Thank-You Very Much!
